Hmmm...acct might not be that easy to do. Usually it takes
some sort of affiliation. What kind of maintenance do you want
to do? I was thinking I could maintain the list of addresses
(not that I like editing files all that much, but it's mostly
done by scripts), but you might want to keep track of what kind
of hardware everybody has, what o/s they're running etc.
