In EDN Products (January 17th) there is a new Fluid Cooling system aimed
at notebook computers that will use Pentiums and DEC Alphas. They even
have a picture of it with some aquarium air-line like tubing! It mounts on
top of the processor and has an exchanger that can be mounted elsewhere.
I wonder what the battery life of such a beast would be?

How do you get the motherboard upgrades (PC Direct?) and how much (roughly)
would an upgrade be for a Model 55 (not mine, my brother in-law's). And
are the disk drives reasonable also?
