Enabling 32 bit access in Windows on Thinkpad

I use both 32-bit disk and 32-bit file access on the TP (windows for
workgroups 3.11) all the time. No problems except for a couple of
disk utilties, like Norton SpeedDisk. When I want to run them, I shut
off 32-bit file access and restart windows.
