Utility disk on 2.88M?

    Is there anyway to generate utility disk (start OS/2 form floppy disk)
on 2.88M disk? I could make that with preloaded OS/2 2.1. After I updated
it to OS/2 2.11, bootdisk program didn't work because of version
inconsistency.
