Is there an upgrade price to Warp for a licensed owner of both
version 2.0 and version 2.1 OS/2 for Windows?
I am more or less an avowed Windows user, but I have always tried
to use OS/2 whenever a new version has come out in hopes it was actually
ready for prime time (IMO, Windows just always did the job better for me--
that is until all my software became OS/2-based--which very little of it
is).
So I've been through versions 1.3, 2.0, and 2.1 and have always
ended up back with windows and a little disappointed.
Will Warp finally convert me? Good question. That's why I'm
asking if I can buy it a bit cheaper as an upgrade (and does anyone
want to buy a OS/2 2.1 for Windows? I have a 2nd license...).
And is Warp cheaper if you get the CD-ROM version? Can you make
install diskettes from the CD-ROM?
