This is fine and dandy, all--but I have and OS/2 for Windows 2.1
on CD-ROM that was obtained nearly a full year ago when it first came out.

Can I still get the rebate using this package? If so, how? Do
I have to have some kind of a card or something to send in?

If so, where do I get the card and when I send it in, what do
have to send in *with* it to prove I have the version 2.1 CD-ROM?
