The solution to the mouse tracking speed problems with the 75x series
systems and OS/2 is as follows!

1) Get a copy of Rodent v1.00.
2) Modify your config.sys to look something like the following,

DEVICE=C:\OS2\MDOS\VMOUSE.SYS
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\POINTDD.SYS
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\RODENT.SYS RESPONSE=2 DPI=640 MOUSE=PS RATE=20
DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\MOUSE.SYS TYPE=RODENT$
REM DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\MOUSE.SYS

3) Tune the rate, dpi and response switches to suit your tastes.
4) Send money to the author of Rodent.
5) Send thanks to me for finding a solution ;-).

FYI,
You may want to tune the tracking speed in windows via the normal
Windows method.

You need at least version 1.00 of Rodent. If you find a later version
please tell me where you located it.
