755CE and QEMM

We are using a 755CE and trying to install QEMM 7.5

We keep getting a APM failure. We would appreciate the QEMM line and other
setup info. We prefer not using stealth. Note we are using Dock II.

We are also looking for a file vesa.exe which appears to be in a imbvesa
subdirectory which we do not have. We would appreciate any help in
re-creating that sub-directory or being steered to a URL site for it.
