ChameleonNFS 4.0 and 755ce

Is anyone having a problem with ChameleonNFS (4.0) not recognizing the
DSP modem? I started that and Windows Terminal side-by-side ...and
Terminal seems to work fine ...while Chameleon gives me device not
found or something like that.
