Kevin, just a thought but have you tried posting an open message about this
in the dcom.com.modems news group? You might get a Megahertz employee to
see it. I have a friend here in Huntsville, Alabama who works here at
Motorola UDS doing their Power and Lifestyle V.34 modems. He regularly
hangs out on that news group answering questions that people have about
their Motorola modems. The same is probably true about Megahertz engineers.
Good luck... seems like you are a long way from *real* computer support.
