there are two ways to upgrade memory
1 16-meg credit card. cheaper, but not expandable.
1 16-meg DIM with adapter.
the second approach is nicer because you can add a second DIM later.
Sample prices (from Memory, 1-800-433-3726)
16 meg credit card: $629
16 meg DIM: $699
16 meg DIM with adapter: $749
so the DIMM approach is a little more, but more expandable,
a 32 meg credit card will cost about $1399 (price from First Source,
1-800-524-9866)
Prices are from april 25 PC magazine, and are thus out of date, so check
with the companies involved for latest pricing.
