IBM hardware service for my tp755 has been exceptional. The screen
went bad after a couple of weeks, I sent it in and got it back in
three days. When my AC adapter cord shorted out, they sent me a new
one right away. No complaints here. (If only OS/2 were as
worthwhile an investment...)
