The short answer is: Read the manual.
The long answer is to hit Fn-F1, then look through the many power
settings. One will be for suspend timeout, one will be for disk
spindown, one will be for screen blank, etc.
Incidently, you can have different settings for when your 701 is
on AC or battery. So just because it doesn't sleep when on AC
doesn't mean it won't sleep when on battery.
