Don,
I have a 360C and therefore only walk-in warranty - but - I called the help line in
Canada and they told me how to recondition my battery. i humored them by doing what
they said, and of course, it didn't work. I called back and told them, then walked into
the service centre. They swapped it for a new one no questions asked. Just another
reason to buy IBM I guess... ACER on the other hand - well, that's another story in
customer service.
