important 701 files

I am planning to format the harddisk of my TP701c
in order to do a clean installation of Windows95.
Are there any files I should save which are TP701c
specific and thus important (maybe the entire
directory c:\thinkpad)? I heard all the W95
drivers for the TP701c are included in the W95
packet, do I have to download some more from the
IBM-site (btw I have already upgraded my BIOS)?
