Actually, IBM has. Grab ftp://ftp.pcco.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/mobiles/tpwin95.exe
and run it to expand it to tpwin95.txt (why they bother to wrap it in a .exe
is beyond me). It has step-by-step info on upgrading to Win95 on all Thinkpad
models along with gotchas, etc.
