Mike,

Were I in your situation, I'd call EZ-Serve and ask them if they might send
one or two of their EZ-Serve shipping cartons. They're purpose built for
shipping 'Pads. The suspension system is first rate. Perhaps you could
explain that shipping your unit properly will save them some EZ-Serve repair
bucks in the long-run.
