Help w IBM pcmcia ethernet card .lan driver

I've tried the IBM site but can't find a .lan driver for the IBM Ethernet
II card.
I understand the Win95 client for Netware uses the same driver.
The card works fine as a client under DOS/WIN but I'd like to install a 4.1
server on my thinkpad for class demos. Anybody have any idea
1. where I can find a driver
2. which other standard driver may work (ne2000 doesn't - I tried)
