I installed Microsoft's DirectX but the display drivers do not
work: I run a couple of games that make use of DirectX and they
complain that the "display drivers are not compatible with Windows
'95"! Any idea, where I can find DirectX compatible drivers with the
above model?

I am not conviced that the audio (ESS) directX drivers work either...
but I have no evidence of that...
