IBM Part Number for the 701 Preload CD

After my ThinkPad nearly took a flying leap off the table (when my
friend tripped over the cord of my AC adapter), I decided to inquire
with EasyServe about purchasing a 701 Preload CD. Unfortunately, the
tech had no idea what I was talking about. So, if someone could please
give me an IBM part number and maybe the number of someone at IBM who
can help me; I would greatly appreciate it. Thanx in advance.
