The reason I want to be able to use the TP as a remote control is so that I can set up
a home automation system. Warp 4 let one use voice commands to perform tasks.
If you wrote a little app that would record IR signals and play them back as you
spoke commands to you computer, you could set up microphones in your house that
would let you controll any device in the house from any room. JUST A THOUGH
