You should buy a IBM 12.5 mm thick drive. At some point IBM changed how
their Master/Slave configuration was done so you may have to cut some pins
to make it work properly.

I have done this once. After removing the screws pull off the sticker
label thing. Once that is off pull the metal cover away from the plastic
bottom piece. Just take your time and don't force anything.
