I have the same machine and have absolutely nothing resembling little blobs
on the display. I would characterize my display as flawless and urge you to
try to exchange it if it is unsatisfactory.
While I am here, I'll observe that this is actually a low volume mailing
list with bursts of increased activity that are due to the members'
enthusiasm and willingness to share. It's very educational and remarkably
advertisement and flame free. I find little or nothing to complain about.
