Well, I read somewhere that the 701's battery could last about 2 weeks on suspend
mode, which is pretty cool, though I leave mine on now 24/7, along with 2 others
to help with the RC5-64 Team Warped effort.

I could imagine that you should last at least a week or more, considering your
battery went down only 5%.

Well, I am completely the opposite. I forgot what last years was, or the year
before, like getting 10 new machines or something, which I'm WELL ABOVE.
I guess for this year, a new ThinkPad with OS/2 Warp (of course!), and some
decent upgrades.
