I disagree. The whole idea of a "system index" that is one single number
that reports the performance of a PC is badly flawed. It is the original
conception here that is wrong. No one knows how to write a single useful
benchmark of this kind, and in fact I am pretty sure, from watching it
run, and doing a little bit of careful looking that the latest
version (at least that I have) is still very simplistic.
