TP770 and new video driver for OS/2

I have had one incident of the screen flashing phenomenon since installing
the latest drivers, and non of the other two (screen moving up half an inch,
bottom filled with garbage, and the dreaded and fatal screen going blank)

So that is encouraging so far!
