Is the video chip a Neomagic? In the several laptops that I've owned
including now a TP 380D, there has always been some kind of problem with
the Neomagic drivers. My Dell laptop was incapable of running dive or
multimedia. I have a computerized directory of the clergy (it's a win3.1
prgm). It ran under wino2 on the Dell, runs fine on my Dell PenPro200, but
will not run under winos2 on my TP - it gives an error message about
someting about the xx16xxx.dll (a Neomagic driver). The result is that I
must load win95 if I want to look up a priest's listing.
