365XD did not boot, 19 out of 20 times

Hello,

I just spent the last 2 days without my Thinkpad...
I found out that the hibernation file was corrupt of something, not even the
Thinkpad splash screen would show up.

After 18-19 times, it booted and I went to DOS, changed the attrib of the
file and removed it. Voila! !?!??!?!

Anyways, works for me, I think someone posted here a couple days ago with
the same trouble.
