[765D] Loss of power when unpluged with fully charged battery

Sometimes, not all the time, when I unplug my ThinkPad 765D from AC,
either disconecting the power adapter from the ThinkPad, or the adpter
>from its AC connection, my ThinkPad loses power even though a fully
charged battery is installed. It has happend once when the system was
running, and another time when it was in suspend mode.

Has anyone had this trouble? Is it an acknowledged problem?
