hibernation in 560c

I had to replace my HD in my 560. With a fresh Win95 instakll in place and
TP utilities, I no longer can hibernate or suspend.

What do I need to do to get this back? I've been all over the TP IBM site
with no results. I ca not find or create the "hfile"
