        Did you run the Easy Setup diagnostics on it? It sounds as if the
drive was running when the unit was dropped, and if everything else
passes the tests, I'd say you simply need a new drive. The display
problem sounds like loose connector, as you diagnosed earlier. Unless
there's major case damage, you could still be in business.
