I haven't seen the HPA, but I saw some technology on various Compaq's, Toshibas,
and the 310 and 380 at CompUSA, and didn't like the LCDs. I still like my 701's LCD, and find that
it seems more crisp than the others, but then again, I've been using this thing for the last 2 years. <g>

Probably not; I think that the LCD video chipset takes care of that kind of
stuff so it's transparent to the user.
