that does not sound like the classic memory bug..
(which only bugged you if you had TWO DIMM's, not one 64meg)
but they'll solder the jumper on the planar board and hopefully things will
sort ythem selves out..
i would have exchanged the memory first, before sending the machine off to easy
serve..
if you still need a region-1 diskette, let me know and i'll e-mail you the two
files that you need..
