Paul,

I have Linux installed on a 770 (P233, 96MB, 13.3"). It is Red Hat
v5.1. Installation was quite easy, even given the fact that I was
installing to a separate HD in the Ultrabay. The only problem I have
had is trying to get LILO to boot successfully from the second HD
instead of a floppy. However, I've seen messages from many other people
that indicate this is more of an issue related to disk partition setup,
not hardware. I don't use suspend so I can't tell you if that works or
not.
