I've used 6 or 7 chips from them, and never had a problem. Despite their price, their memory is often branded - when I bought
memory from them for a 701 a few years back, it was genuine IBM.

They have a very good rep both on this list and on Usenet; the rare complaints I've seen about them were people who bought memory
based on spec but not specifically recommended for their machine.

In the nearly 20 years I've owned and operated small computers, I've only had trouble with memory twice, and that was with branded
memory - one bad chip from Viking, and one from Kingston.
