Toshiba MK-6409MAV in TP600?

I can buy an IBM 6.4Gb drive that plugs into my TP600 for $1250, or I can
get a Toshiba MK-6409MAV for $599 and reuse the bracket from my old drive.
Has anyone been daring enough to try this drive? The specs all sound right,
except it's 12.7mm high compared to the IBM's 12.5mm, and it uses a tiny
bit more power.
