Friedrich,
I have heard of reports that the modules didn't work (though not
first-hand), but I haven't heard of instances where any damage was
done. There shouldn't be any risk. Please do try it so that we can
confirm my successful attempt. If you haven't already upgraded to the
latest BIOS revision 1.10, try once before and once after the upgrade.
This way we will know if it is now possible due to the new BIOS.
