Can i say "BS" here and not be thought too crude..? :-)

toshiba is NOT the first to market..
if so, please send me a 17mm tochiba 8.1gig or 16gig notebook hard drive..
that is a 2.5inch platter..

the drives look nothing alike..

well, let me qualify that..
up to the point i STOPPED BUYING toshiba drives, they had NO RESEMBLANCE al all to an IBM mfg.
drive..

PERIOD..!!!

if you have ANY small doubt, then take a look and compare specs on the toshiba and IBM HDD
sites..

OH, why did i stop buying toshiba drives..
i had about 22% failure rate on a bunch of 1.3 and 2.1gig, 19mm toshiba drives..
cost me money and my customers time and data recovering from these crashes..
