Need NT4.0 Driver for PC Card for Shark 250 (somewhat OT)

My appologies for the OT post but I've seen traffic on the list
for the Shark 250 and I really need the help (and it is hooked
up to a TP701 <g>).

I need the NT4.0 driver for the pc card cable for the Shark 250.
The manufacturer, Avatar, has gone Chaper 7 or whatever and therefor
there is no tech support and the web/ftp site is gone/unavil. If anyone
has the driver or has any ideas where I might find it or at least where
to go looking for it please drop me a message directly to rj_at_cais.com.
