Hey, on this subject, when I bought my 770ED, and ordered an extra 64MB, I
was surprised when I installed the 64MB to find that one of the two memory
expansion slots was already filled. I'd assumed there was 64MB in the
machine WITHOUT filling any expansion slots. Is it actually that the
machine has 32MB in the machine, plus comes with 32MB taking up one of the
two expansion slots, and you have to get rid of 32MB in order to install
more than one memory card?
Also, is there any problem with having memory cards of two different sizes
in the machine? I.e. If I bought a new 128MB card, could I put it in there
to supplement the 64MB card?
Thanks,
Ken
