I checked the conditions on IBM's web site (I threw away the coupon, so I
don't have the URL any more), and only the upgrade for certain 310 and
385 models is free. All other ThinkPad model owners must pay 30$ USD plus
taxes. I would have taken it for free, but since I am running NT anyway,
I won't get the upgrade at 30$ USD.
