tell us what the problem is and what you want the second HDD to do..
i.e. just a second partition, an alternate boot device with a different
OS or the same OS..

FAT32 will recognise FAT16, but not vice-versa..
AND/OR you must be running at least win95B 2.0 or 2.1 or 2.5 or, i think
2.6 or win98
