it should be a 5.4gig, the 5.1gig is the 17mm version and would not fit
the drive bay..

all thinkpads use the mobile module.. well, the 600 and the 770..
the earlier thinkpads used the TCP cpu.. (Tape Carrier Package)
a TCP is like a postage stamp which IS the cpu.. :-)
