I didn't think they'd put something like this in a newer system..Thanks for
the response! I also wanted to post another 'undoccumented feature' for the
701. It's in the hardware maintaince manual(which I HIGHLY suggest all TP
owners d/l) This file is great! If you have a problem, it will probably be
answered in it! I think this is what technicians use at IBM-you'll see what
I mean if you d/l it. Anyways, about the 701-if you go into BIOS
setup(holding down F1 while booting system), click on the test icon. Then
hit CONTROL-A for the advanced menu. Then hit CONTROL-K for the keyboard
test. Whichever key you press is displayed on the screen. Hit ESC to end
testing. I thought it was kinda cool anyways. :-)
