the 350 IS an old machine..
the loose top is a common problem..
you might check the screws accessible from the rear of the machine..
if tightening these does not help the loose top cover problem,then the
hinge attachment points inside the top may have come loose and will need
some epoxy glue..
not reccommended for those unfamilier with the inside of a TP..
aside from being old (not so bad, I'm old) and loose.. (i'm THAT too on
occasion) it is a good old workhorse..
the Dual Scan display is, well.. hmm..
your next thinkpad will have a TFT display.. :-)
