I believe this action by UPS is illegal. On the one-dollar bill Federal
Reserve Note I just took out of my billfold to refresh my memory is the
statement "This note is legal tender for all debts public and private." In
short, any company or person doing business in the United States must accept
Federal Reserve Note currency if tendered.
