On my TP 770ED, this keyboard overrun is everpresent, and often annoying.
It seems that there are certain combinations of keys (at least 3 at the
same time) that cause the overrun, which generates the beep and also seems
to lose one of the 3. I guess we're just supposed to type slower.
Annoying, but apparently normal.

This was also discussed on this list; I think the consensus was (and my own
experience confirms this) that it does this whenever you change a system
setting, and then reboot. Annoying, but apparently normal.

I like to blame Windows 95, BUT, of course, IBM >did< ship the machine with
Windows 95 on it, so they obviously deserve blame.
