Well it is always something...
Just received some great CD-ROMS from Bill Morrow's shop
and now have a floppy drive that is bad...
Floppy drive for 760 XL... rarely used... now seems to
be seriously out of alignment... won't read floppys from other
computers and those will not read floppys formatted or written
>from this one... This used to be a common problem in the 80's
but my first problem with an IBM or other "modern" computer
So the question is, do you get them repaired or throw them away?
If repaired, where? Are they exchanged or repaired?
If replaced, where?
Is this going to be as expensive as my wallet fears it will be.
