One of my colleagues had a TP600 death occur this morning. He attempted
to turn it on but it won't do anything. A small orange indicator light
is on (in the row just under the LCD on the left). I believe it is the
HD light (farthest one to the left). Pressing the hardware reset button
turns off the indicator light, but flipping the power switch makes it
come back on. Absolutely no other activity happens. Nothing appears on
the screen, no fan noise, no HD noise. This occurs on battery or AC.
We removed all removable hardware (HD, CD, battery) except the one
memory chip and re-seated them to make sure they weren't loose. No
effect.

Anyone have any ideas of what else to try or what component might be
failing?

Thanks,
Rob
