[TPALL] Windows NT v4 Emergency Repair Disk & No Hot Swap

Hello everyone,

My IBM Thinkpad (760EL) does not support Hot Swapping the Floppy Drive &
CDRom.

I haven't figured a way to use the "emergency repair" floppy. It wants
the floppy & CDRom loaded at the same time. Is there a workaround for
this?
